Skills support for the unemployed
We provide bespoke support and training for individuals aged 18+ who are unemployed or economically inactive and are seeking a return to the labour market.
We deliver vocationally related skills training reflective of the needs of local businesses. We also provide individualised information, advice and guidance to each individual to aid a positive outcome. This programme is jointly funded by the Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA) and the European Union Social Fund (ESF)

Are you an organisation with fewer than 250 employers (SME)?
Do you need to develop you workforce to fill roles that require intermediate, technical and higher level skills? Could your company benefit from a free training needs analysis?
The impact of higher level skills shortage is a signification issue for all employers, but can have a greater effect if your organisation is and SME.
A new initiative co-funded by the European Social Fund (ESF) and the Skills Funding Agency (SFA), managed by CSW Group, is now available to SMEs across the Solent Local Enterprise Partnership area. This valuable new service offers your business a free training need analysis together with free higher level skills training (at levels 3 and 4) for your employees.
The service covers a wide range of sectors, with particular emphasis on Solent LEP priorities which are:
