  • Traditional prawn cocktail with marie rose sauce

Mains

  • Fish and chips served with pea puree
  • Steamed beef pudding accompanied by chef’s choice of vegetables
  • Braised loin of pork served with colcannon potatoes and a cider sauce
  • Vegetable biryani accompanied by rice (v)

Desserts

  • Pear belle helene
  • Cabinet pudding and custard
  • Rice pudding served with toffee sauce
