The Media Department features the only working television studio on The Isle of Wight, with professional lighting rigs, green screens and vision-mixing equipment with the facility to broadcast streams live to the internet.

Post-Production

You’ve got the footage, but what now?  The Media Department has the facility to take your idea from concept to screen and as a student you will have access to a range of Post-Production resources including;

  • Digital video editing suites on both Apple Mac and PC platforms
  • Industry standard software including Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects and Final Cut Pro X
  • Sound post-production with Adobe Audition
  • DVD Menu Design and Authoring using Adobe Encore
  • Animated Graphics and Idents using Flash, Photoshop and After Effects
