Students 16-18
If you are 16 and under 19 years of age on 1stSeptember in the year you begin your studies your tuition and qualification fee is free, provided you are a resident of the UK or European Community for three years (not on a student visa).
Students 19+
If you are aged 19 or over on 1 September in the year you begin your studies you are responsible for the payment of tuition, qualification fees and course expenses.
