The administrative worker undertakes many tasks including all general office procedures, ie. dealing with incoming and outgoing mail, receiving telephone calls, dealing with customers and clients, textprocessing, filing, record keeping, minute-taking, database management and customer care - essential skills necessary to ensure the smooth running of the modern busy office. This is a growing sector, especially for those with strong I.T. skills.

Students 16-18
If you are 16 and under 19 years of age on 1stSeptember in the year you begin your studies your tuition and qualification fee is free, provided you are a resident of the UK or European Community for three years (not on a student visa).
Students 19+
If you are aged 19 or over on 1 September in the year you begin your studies you are responsible for the payment of tuition, qualification fees and course expenses.
